第二届“天眼杯” 中国国际少年儿童漫画大赛征稿启事
一、主办单位：

四、征稿对象和征集范围：
全球各地青少年均有参赛资格，年龄不超过18周岁。大赛欢迎个人参赛和集体参赛。
五、参赛要求：
1、大赛分中学组和小学组，比赛项目分为原创和临摹两大类。
临摹组要求：题材不限，内容健康向上。
原创组要求：请以“校园趣事”、“家有宠物”或“假如我是孙悟空……”为题，充分发挥想象进行创作，要求创意新颖。（请在邮寄信封左下角注明“原创组”字样）
手绘作品必须寄原作参赛。作品表现手法不限，单幅、四格、连环漫画及其他创新漫画形式皆可参赛（黑白�虿噬�均可）。每位参赛者最多可以投寄2幅作品。
参赛作品纸张的规格不得小于20×30cm，不得大于 55×40cm，作品不需装裱。作品背面须贴上注明作者的国籍、姓名、性别、出生年月、参赛组别（中学组或小学组）、是否原创、学校名称、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话、指导老师、作品题目和简介等信息的表格。
电脑绘画作品一律网上投递。网上投递的作品文件格式：JPEG格式；压缩品质：12（优）；分辨率：300dpi；文件大小：一般每幅不超过1000K（即1M）；每封电子邮件可发1-2幅，请将作品编号，同时附上个人信息及联系资料，可用WORD文件保存。投递邮箱：

六、奖项设立：
1、大赛按参赛总数20%设奖，其中设金奖50名，银奖100名，铜奖150名，优秀奖若干。
2、为鼓励原创，另设最佳创意奖10名，奖金各500元；最佳画技奖10名，奖金各100元。获奖者还将同时获得2007年全年《幽默大师》（上半月或下半月）杂志一份。
3、获奖中的优秀选手将优先推荐参加2007年8月由日本京都造型艺术大学、��国K-art国际交流协会与中国少年儿童造型艺术学会在日本共同主办的“中日韩青少年动漫研修交流活动”。
4、为表彰成绩优秀的社团或参赛单位，大赛另设优秀组织奖和优秀辅导教师奖，所有获奖者均有获奖证书和作品集。部分获奖作品还将在《幽默大师》等杂志上发表。
七、作品展示：
优秀作品将通过举办专业画展和网络展出进行展示，所有获奖者名单在网站公布。金、银奖 作品及部分优秀作品将收入作品集，每位获奖者可获得作品集一册。
八、截稿时间：
征稿截止时间为2007年4月1日（以邮戳日期为准），如邮局寄送作品，最好衬板予以保护。所有参赛作品均不退还，请自留底稿。
九、参赛约定：所有参赛者视认同以上参赛规则。

The Second “Tianyan” China International Youth and Children’s Caricature
Competition Call for Contributions
Ⅰ、Participants
Any youth and children, who are under 18, has right to participate in the
competition.
Individuals and groups are welcomed.
Ⅱ、Requirements
1、Two teams: participants of middle schools and participants of primary schools.
Two events: original works and imitative works
Requirements of imitative works: Open-theme; healthy content
Requirements of original works: Your works should be entitled with “Amusing
Campus Incident”、“My pet” or “If I am Monkey King” and be original in its
design.(Please mark” original work” at the lower left on envelops.)
2、Only the original ones of paintings are accepted. There is no restriction on art
forms.
(Both black-and-white works and colorful works are acceptable.)
3、No more than two works sent in for competition appraisal for each participant.
4、The works should be bigger than 20×30cm and smaller than 55×40. No mount
is needed. Please stick a form including the following information on the back of
your works: nationality, name, gender, date of birth, group (middle school or
primary school), original work or not, name of your school, address, post code, telephone
number, instructor, title and brief introduction.
5、Works made by computer should be uploaded online. Only JPEG files are acceptable; each file
size should not exceed 1MB; one or two works in each mail. Please attach serial number,
personal information and contact telephone to your work.
6、No fee is charged.
Ⅲ、Award
1、Works awarded prize account for 20%, 50 gold prize, 100 silver prize, 150
bronze prize and a number of consolation prize.
2、In order to encourage original ideas, we also award 10 Best Idea prize with 500 yuan for
each and 10 Best Skill prize with 100 yuan for each.
3、Besides, there are prizes for excellent organizers and good instructors, who will
be awarded with certificate and work collection. Some of the works will be issued
on magazines, such as .
Ⅳ、Work Show
Some of the works will be exhibited by art exhibitions and web, and all the names
of prize winners will be announced in our website.
Ⅴ、Deadline
Call deadline set for April 15, 2007 (postmark no later than the closing date). All
the works are non-refundable.
